Food & Drinks

Les Nuits at Botanique — it’s all about craftsmanship! Our main goal is to offer our audience a complete and enjoyable experience throughout the festival. That’s why you’ll find food and drink options that match the spirit of our event: thoughtful, high-quality, and carefully curated!

Bar

At the bar, with Cristal Pils on tap and some iconic selections from the Alken-Maes group, we're aiming to offer one of the finest experiences from the world of great Belgian breweries.

Our other artisanal products are every bit as remarkable. You will find Saison Dupont, ciders, pommeau and fruit juices from Pom d'Happy. More soft drinks and colas are also part of the selection, thanks to the offerings from Belgian company Roman. Are you a wine lover instead? We’ve put together a special selection just for you, in collaboration with the artisanal Italian wine cooperative Terra Cruda.

Les Nuits will also have its very own homemade specials such as Mules (Jamaican, London, Moscow, Whiskey mule, etc.), Espresso martini, Negroni, Mojito, etc. and a range of mocktails for everyone.

Food

The food menu focuses on a local and seasonal offer, using fresh ingredients from cooperatives like La Vivrière or Coprosain, and bread from nearby bakers.

Maria and her team will offer a variety of vegan-friendly options, including vegan or pure beef burgers, chili sin carne, pasta dishes, curry dahl, fresh soups, delicious Belgian fries, and last but not least, Japanese food on the weekend.

PAYMENT

With tokens (one token = 3€ ). Card only!

These are available at any time from the token dispensers located at the Botanique reception and in the Botanique café.

A collaboration with Rotor

This year’s edition of Les Nuits Botanique brings a complete reimagining of our outdoor scenography and visitor amenities.

To bring this vision to life, Botanique is partnering with Rotor, the Brussels-based collective known for its work in material development—particularly the reuse of building materials. Rotor specialises in creating temporary structures using recycled components, blending sustainability with creativity.

This collaboration aligns with Botanique’s ambition to refresh Les Nuits’ concept. With the introduction of a day ticket system and the replacement of the traditional “Chapiteau” with an outdoor stage, the festival’s outdoor areas—from terraces to the fountain-side stage—are being thoughtfully redesigned to highlight the beauty of this exceptional site.

One key change is the shift from an enclosed marquee to an open-air stage, which opens new visual perspectives from the upper levels down to the performance space. This approach adds a fresh dimension to the festival experience. Highlights include an extended lower terrace and two elevated walkways on either side of the audience. These footbridges offer striking views of the stage and the crowd below, while also allowing visitors to admire the botanical garden from above.

Of course, the project also presents some technical constraints, such as ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility near the stage. Most of the structures are built using scaffolding and modular components, chosen for their flexibility and potential for reuse. Alongside the walkways, the project includes a number of additional temporary installations, all constructed from recyclable scaffolding. Visitors will find spacious, comfortable areas to eat and relax, featuring long communal tables and a panoramic view of the park. High shelving structures will act both as railings between terraces and as counters where guests can enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery.

To complement the scaffolding, the design also incorporates tarpaulins and recovery nets—offering both protection from the elements and colour to the metal framework.
